1. Cancelling Your Order
Before Shipment: You can cancel your order free of charge before it’s dispatched. Just email us at sewa@themajesticpeacock.com with your order details. We’ll confirm your cancellation as soon as possible. Please note, if your order has already been handed to the courier, cancellation might not be possible.
After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations aren’t accepted. But don’t worry—you can return the item after delivery as per our Returns Policy (within 15 days).
2. Refunds for Cancellations
For cancellations before shipment, we’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirming the cancellation.
Refunds via cards or wallets may take up to 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Cancellation by Us
Sometimes, we might have to cancel your order due to stock issues, payment problems, or other unexpected reasons. If this happens, we’ll notify you quickly and refund your payment in full.

Returns Policy
At The Majestic Peacock, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with our easy and hassle-free Returns Policy, in line with Indian consumer protection laws.
1. Return Eligibility
You can return most items within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Free or promotional items must also be returned.
Non-returnable items include:
Final sale or non-returnable items marked at purchase.
Underwear, swimwear, and personal care products (hygiene reasons).
Custom, personalized, or intimate products unless defective.
2. How to Return
Contact us at sewa@themajesticpeacock.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all tags and accessories. Include the RA number inside the package.
Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. We do not offer direct exchanges.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order details.
We’ll cover return shipping costs and work with you to provide a replacement or full refund.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to defects or errors on our part, we pay return shipping.
For returns due to change of mind or incorrect choice, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Late Returns
Returns requested after the 15-day window may not be accepted.
