1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, items must meet the following:
Time Frame: Return within 15 days from delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Free/marketing/promo items must also be returned.
Non-Returnable Items:
Marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
Underwear, swimwear, and personal care items (hygiene reasons).
Custom or personalized products.
2. Return Process
Return Authorization: Contact us for approval and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include RA number in your return package.
Package the Item: Pack items carefully in original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange, return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the replacement.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Report damaged or defective items immediately with:
Photos of the damage/defect.
Your order number and a description of the issue.
We will arrange for return, exchange, or full refund as preferred.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Damaged/Defective Items: We cover return shipping if due to manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Other Returns: You are responsible for return shipping unless item is defective/damaged.
7. Late Returns
Returns requested beyond 15 days from delivery may be accepted at The Majestic Peacock’s sole discretion, subject to product condition and other factors. Please contact us promptly to discuss such cases.
